If you're looking for another size or design then we will gladly provide you with a store credit so you can swap for something more suitable. Make sure to get in touch within 14 days!

Received a faulty product? Sometimes 💩 happens. If you receive an item that isn't fit for use then we will provide you with a full refund or replacement, you choose. You must let us know within 5 business days of receiving the faulty item(s).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility so choose wisely. We also won't cover shipping costs for your exchanged item(s). All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached. If your items have been worn or you've removed the original tags we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.

Please fill out the below form to start the return/ exchange process. We will provide you with all the details to return your goods and we'll let you know once we've received your package back. Give us a few days once we've confirmed your return to organise an exchange or issue your store credit, we usually do this straight away though (because we're that good 😉). It's probably a good idea to send back your item(s) with tracking so it doesn't get lost. But it's totally up to you.

Our store credits are given to you in an e-gift card, so you can spend on whatever you like, whenever you like!
