returns & exchanges

  • Items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. This excludes sale or bespoke items.
  • Products must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery items.
  • We process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your items. You'll receive an email once your return has been processed.
  • Please email if you believe your product is faulty or damaged. We will refund or replace in this circumstance.
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All sale, clearance and bespoke/ handmade items are not eligible for return or exchange.
